Set up a meeting with us in no time at all using our appointment scheduler by SimplePractice.

For New Clients

You will be receiving a phone call after your appointment booking, which will confirm your appointment. If we leave you a message or text you, please contact us back for final confirm, or your appointment time may not be held for you. Please also complete the new client intake packet in full before your counseling intake appointment. If you can’t find the link to your packet, please let us know so that we can resend the link and get you a new password into our client portal.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for our sessions, so if you have an appointment and need to cancel, please call our office directly to do so, or cancel through our client scheduling portal. Late cancellations are charged half ($75) and no-shows charged the full fee of $150.

For new couples

Please allow for an initial one hour and forty minute intake appointment. This is only for the first appointment, and subsequent counseling sessions will be fifty minutes long. This double intake session will be charged as two sessions ($300). Please choose  "Intake: Couples Counseling"  in the online appointment scheduler when you are booking.

Please read and consider the information in the packet carefully, and electronically sign it where it’s indicated to complete it.
